The Philippine Province of the Jesuits recently published a book entitled 'Ehem! A Manual for Deepening Involvement in Combating Corruption'. It features a glossary of graft and corruption lingo. Obvious examples are "senatong", "tonggressman", and "konsuholtant". There are also terms like "RA 1530" which refers to government employees who show up for work only during paydays.
